DuPont ™ NOMEX®MHP offers a more durable multi-hazard protection compared to Modacrylic Blends and FR Treated Cotton Blends. Protecting professionals not only against heat & flame, but also against arc flash and small molten metal splashes. Trials have shown that NOMEX®MHP performs very well in the DuPont ™ Thermo-Man® test, proving that  NOMEX®MHP offers excellent protection in its category.

• 34 % meta-aramid (Nomex®) and para-aramid (Kevlar®)

Nomex® is a high-temperature resistant meta-aramid fibre that doesn’t support combustion in the air. A key factor in the protection provided by Nomex® is its ability to carbonize and thicken when exposed to intense heat. Kevlar® fiber provide strength at high temperatures, making it ideal for high-heat applications. Both Nomex® & Kevlar® is INHERENTLY flame-resistant and will not melt.

The P-140 is a carbon-core antistatic fiber, which dissipate static through induction – the most effective form of static dissipation.
